Emotions

TBD... Big topic! There is much, much, much, more to build here...

Feelings Wheel

First of all, I found that a feelings wheel is a wonderful tool for helping me to understand precisely how I am feeling at any moment. But especially when I experience strong emotions. Then, I can go to my feelings wheel (which is printed out big poster size and is hung up in my living room and one in my office too!) and pick and choose from the various types of emotions that fall under the general cateogories of: happy, sad, surprized, disgust, fear, or anger. Check it out: Feelings (Emotions) Wheel
And since I have adopted stoicism as a foundational basis of my ethical and pragmatic world view, I give you my poster that combines elements of stoic principles along with the same feelings wheel.
Enjoy! Stoic Feelings Wheel (18x24)
